Dickson Kwame Nketiah, affectionately known as Master Kwame or MK is the key person behind maintaining Norviwo’s facilities. After gaining an understanding of FOA’s mission through his previous work with TK, he joined FOA and now serves as the facilities officer in the operations department. His role ensures that everything at the community center runs smoothly, allowing FOA to operate its programs efficiently.
Dickson’s dedication stems from a deep connection to the struggles of street children. He says, “The work I do motivates me to come to work every day, knowing that I can add value to these children’s lives in my own small way.” Looking ahead, he envisions FOA helping hundreds of street youth build meaningful lives.
