Victoria Pokuah Agyei

Youth Wellbeing & Development, Coordinator

Victoria is passionate about learning, teaching, and being meaningfully involved in the lives of others. Her love for teaching began long before she stepped into any formal role; during her time at the University of Ghana, she often found herself helping her friends understand their various courses, naturally taking on the role of a peer educator. This early experience strengthened her confidence in her ability to explain concepts with patience and clarity, qualities that continue to shape her work today. Victoria studied Social Work at the University of Ghana, a field that deepened her understanding of people and further fuelled her desire to support vulnerable communities. Her passion for teaching later led her to volunteer at her church’s school, where she taught nursery children and built strong, nurturing connections with them. In her professional role as the Youth Wellbeing and Development Facilitator, Victoria facilitates street outreach, facilitates Wellness Wednesday activities, facilitates classroom sessions, and ensures residents have the necessary resources for effective study. She also serves as a Resident Life Coordinator, providing daily support, guidance, and structure for the young girls she works with at their residence.
